It's been a while since I have submitted any photography work, so here we go...
This butterfly was oh so kind to let me take more than a few beautiful pictures of her. In my opinion, butterflies are the true fairies of the forest. Their so beautiful and delicate. If you look closely you can see the rainbow affect the light has on the hairs and dust on her body and wings.
This picture was taken up in the mountain range of Los Angeles Crest, California.
